Our Services
QCRC is a vital hub in Quambatook, offering educational workshops, social activities, Centrelink services, and more. From the Men's Shed to community events and the Mallee Root News, we're dedicated to fostering connection and enrichment for all.
Things we do and services we offer:
And all sorts of other things. If you think, “I wonder if the Resource Centre does this?” we probably can.
We are here to help or connect you with those that can, if we are unable. Pop in, call or email. Just ask, no question is silly. If you don’t ask, you don’t know.
Centrelink Access Point
QCRC is an official Centrelink Access Point with FREE use of a dedicated Centrelink computer workstation, telephone, fax, printer and Wi-Fi.
Original documents can also be sighted, copied, stamped and signed by Centre staff.
Various Centrelink brochures are also available at the Resource Centre.
Resource Centre staff are not permitted to provide advice to clients.
Community Bus
The Quambatook Community Resource Centre offers affordable transportation with volunteer-driven trips to destinations like Kerang and Swan Hill. Trips must be booked in advance. The bus is also available for self-drive hire to community members on non-trip days.
Library Service
Gannawarra Library has a branch in the Resource Centre.
Membership is free and gives you access, not only to our collection of books, magazines, DVDs, audio books and movie downloads, but to a host of other library collections across Victoria.
